ITS TIME TO FOCUS -
Travelscene Southbank is excited to introduce to you the second stage of the evolution of our business. For some time now behind the scenes we have been producing on-line websites for several destinations. We have already rolled out Melbourne Australia.Org, City of Cairns .Com, Cairnsdining.com and will very soon be launching Fiji Focus and Vietnam Focus along with a corporate booking engine in the not so distant future. So as you can see we have been busy. All this while still mindful, that you, our local customers, are very special and important to us.
Stage 2. As we are now close to the release of the first Focus series websites we are going to also FOCUS on YOU. We are making some major changes at Travelscene Southbank with service to you in the forefront of our considerations.
As of 09/01/12 our staff will commence their excitedly anticipated new Concierge Travel Consultation Service. Office hours will be designed with our loyal local market in mind and will open Tuesday to Thursday 10:30am - 6:30pm by appointment specifically for you and people you may recommend. This will enable the convenience of appointments after work. Of course you can email at any time as usual. Our committed staff will then be able to concentrate on your bookings without interruptions. We value you and are putting you first.
